Equitable Facilities Fund is a nonprofit social impact fund for high-performing public charter schools. We combine philanthropic funds with private capital to provide our partner schools with long-term and short-term, fixed-rate loans at the best terms available outside of government-enhanced programs. Projects eligible for EFF financing include refinancing existing debt, construction, acquisition of land or facilities, and expansion projects.

• Long-Term - Your school is permanent. Your financing should be, too. Like a home mortgage, we offer long-term debt.
• Fixed-Rate - We remove interest rate risk by offering subsidized, fixed rates.
• No Fees - Unlike many lenders, EFF does not charge origination fees.
• 100% Financing - We finance up to 100% of your project costs.
